Shipping Information

We strive to provide you with fast, reliable, and hassle-free shipping. In fact, our customers often rave about how quick and reliable our shipping is.  We ship everything out of a small business in Boise, ID.  Sometimes, these guys take days off, holidays, etc. and we do not control that.  Therefore, the following are best practices we try to adhere to - so, please bear with us if you experience any delays.  

We will make this super clear - you (our customer) - are the focal point of our business.  We will work very, very hard to ensure you get your orders when you expect them.  

Processing Time

All orders are will be fulfilled and processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We try to ship the day after you place your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  

•If you place an order on a holiday or weekend, we will work to ship your order the next business day.  

Domestic Shipping

At the moment, we do not ship internationally.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days (additional fees may apply).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We often offer free shipping discounts and free shipping on orders over certain purchase amounts. Check our current promotions for details.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays

Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or inclement weather. We appreciate your patience during these times.
